1. Who we are
Babyblue ("Babyblue," "we," "us," or "our") is a content creation and social media service for brands. We help with research, writing, post creation, reel creation, content adaptation, and social content preparation, primarily for LinkedIn, X and Instagram. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit babyblue.sbs or contact us, and how we use it.
Registered business name and address: [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME_AND_ADDRESS] — not yet published. Until this is added, Babyblue operates as an early-stage service under the Babyblue name, contactable at the email address below.
2. Information you may provide to us
Our website does not include a server-side contact form. Every "Start Your 14-Day Free Pilot," "Apply for a Founding Spot," and similar button on this site opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to us. Any personal or business information in that message — for example your name, company name, website, LinkedIn profile, preferred platform, or any notes you add — is sent directly from your device to our inbox using your own email provider. We only receive what you choose to send us.
If you contact us by any other means (for example replying to an email, or messaging us on a social platform), we receive whatever information is contained in that communication.
3. Website usage and analytics data
Babyblue.sbs does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics). Our website hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and access times — as is common for most web hosting services, purely to operate and secure the site. We do not use this information to personally identify visitors.
If we add analytics, advertising, or cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this section and this policy's Effective Date accordingly, and will only do so in line with applicable law.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. If that changes, we will describe here what cookies are used, their purpose, and how you can control them.
5. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.
- To prepare and deliver the 14-Day Free Content Pilot or evaluate founding-client applications.
- To deliver, manage, and improve the content services you engage us for.
- To keep records relevant to an ongoing or prospective client relationship.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to communicating with you or delivering our services.
6. Service delivery and communication
When you engage Babyblue for content services, we use the business information, brand context, and materials you provide (such as company updates, product details, or writing samples) to research, draft, and adapt content on your behalf. We communicate with you by email to share drafts, request feedback, and deliver final content for your review and approval before anything is published.
7. Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate our business and this website, including:
- Email (Google / Gmail): for receiving and responding to inquiries sent to babyblue.social3@gmail.com.
- Website hosting: to serve babyblue.sbs to visitors.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices, which we do not control.
8. AI-assisted tools
As part of our internal workflow, we may use AI-assisted tools to help with research, drafting, or idea generation. Every piece of content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human at Babyblue before it is delivered to you — we do not deliver raw, unedited AI output. Any business information you share with us may be processed through these tools as part of preparing your content; we do not use your information to train third-party AI models.
9. Data retention
We keep correspondence and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver an active engagement, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see Section 11).
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information shared with us, such as relying on reputable third-party providers for email and hosting. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at babyblue.social3@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
12. International users
Babyblue.sbs can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Information you send us may be processed in the country where our email and hosting providers operate. By contacting us, you understand your information may be handled outside your own country.
13. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals over the age of 18, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example as our services or tools change. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of babyblue.sbs after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
15. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at babyblue.social3@gmail.com.
